CAIR HOUSTON Welcomes CAIR National's Executive Director Nihad Awad to Houston

(10/04/06 Houston, Texas)  The Council on American-Islamic Relations Houston Chapter ( CAIR Houston) would like to cordially invite the Muslim community to come and meet with Nihad Awad  the Executive Director for the CAIR National.  Brother Nihad has donated time from his busy schedule to come visit his brothers in Houston.

Action Requested:

1.) Attend Nihad Awad's Khutbah at the Dawah Center  This FRIDAYat 1:30pm  located at 201 Travis Street 77002.

2.) Stay after the Khutbah to listen to how Nihad's vision of Emowering the Muslim Community.

3.) Attend Iftar at the Abu Bakr Assidique Masjid located on 8830 Old Galveston Road Houston, TX 77034.

4.) Attend Iftar on Sunday October, 8, 2006 located at 6700 Old Louetta Road Spring, TX 77379.
